A:Inlive uses the information collected by the AddFreeStats tracker. On your website page(s) you have to place the AddFreeStats tracker code (button) and the inlive code (inlive box).If inlive displays again 1 visitor, you have to check that the same account number is used in the AFS and INLIVE code.
Check your stats and see if they are several visitors in the lastest 5 minutes.
